Personal data processing

Personal data collected on our website are processed in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament, 27 April 2016, relevant to natural persons with respect to the protection of the processing and the free movement of their personal data, as well as with the Organic Law 3/2018, December 5, regarding Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights.

We also guarantee that personal data are processed in a lawful, fair, and transparent way, and that they are collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes, the use of which remains limited to those purposes and others added in the future if necessary. Data will not be used for longer than necessary and its security will be guaranteed by means of appropriate technical and organizational measures.

Why do we process your data and what enables us to do it? Why can we process your data?

Personal data will be processed by the responsible entity when you provide them by completing the registration or contact forms, sending emails or calling by phone.
Data will be processed in order to communicate with the interested parties by any means and to respond to inquiries and requests for information.

  • Response to inquiries and requests for information. When the interested party sends us an inquiry or request for information, we process their data with their consent in order to answer the inquiry or request.
  • Communicate commercially with interested parties by any means:
    • When the user authorizes us in the contact form, we may communicate commercially with them by electronic means about our services and activities, treating their data with their consent.
    • When the interested party registers their email address in our form, we process their data with their consent to keep them informed about our services and activities by means of periodic electronic communications.
  • Interested parties may object in each of the communications sent and additionally through the mechanism provided in the “What are your rights?” section.
  • To consider candidates for our hiring processes. If the interested party provides us with a CV, their data will be used to include it in present and future hiring processes in our organization and to communicate with them, including by electronic means, in relation to their candidacy.
  • Use of storage devices and data recovery. When the interested party visits our site, we use cookies and other tools with their consent for the purposes set out in our Cookie Policy where they can access more information.

To whom do we provide your information?

We can provide personal data to third party data processors, with the purpose of providing us with certain services, following our instructions, without using the information for their own purposes and in order to carry out our own activities, or to appropriate public administrative bodies in compliance with legal obligations.

How long do we keep your data?

As a general rule, the data will be kept for as long as they are compatible with the purpose for which they were collected, in compliance with legal retention obligations, and to meet any liabilities that may arise from the processing, and then they are deleted.

The data collected for the purpose of commercial communication will be kept for as long as this purpose lasts or the user objects to the processing of his data.

How do we guarantee your data security?

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security to prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data, or unauthorized communication or access to such data.

We have also put in place procedures to respond within the appropriate legal deadlines to any security breach that may occur with respect to your personal data.
