Commitment to people
GOLIVE's main commitment is to our employees. We look after their health and welfare at work by offering excellent working conditions that favor the human and professional development of each member of our team. We facilitate the balance of work and family life by offering flexible working hours, a special summer schedule, remote work opportunities, and social benefits. We are committed to equality. In 2022 we drew up an equality plan and a protocol for the prevention of and action against sexual and gender-based harassment at work. This ensures the promotion of effective equality between women and men, takes a stance against racism, and demonstrates our commitment to the inclusion of people with different abilities.
Commitment to society
We work consciously to improve society. We add value and promote collaborative change by working to better our planet and the quality of life for all people who live on it. We support associations with a high level of social involvement such as the Red Cross, Espacio Atemtia, Acrómates, Aldeas Infantiles, Fundación Adecco, and the Spanish Cancer Association. We do this through both making contributions and by supporting volunteer activities with these organizations.
Commitment to the environment
We contribute to sustainable development by avoiding, as far as possible, any type of pollution and minimizing waste generation by promoting responsible internal environmental management. Furthermore, as players in the technology sector, we encourage the responsible use of technology, creating and promoting the use of green technologies among our customers.
